ABSS Cash Back Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid for companies registered in Malaysia ONLY.
2. The promotion is only available to new ABSS customers, purchasing ABSS Accounting, ABSS Premier, or ABSS Payroll between 1 February till 31 March 2022.
3. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of ABSS RetailManager, ABSS AccountEdge.

5. Customers who purchased between 1-28 February 2022, must register the software and submit the redemption form no later than 9 March 2022. Under no circumstances will late submission of redemption form be processed.

The “CASH BACK” reimbursement for February 2022 purchases will be made via direct debit by the 31 May 2022 provided the customer has supplied the completed “CASH BACK” redemption form with a copy of proof of purchase. Note: Your software must also be registered by 9 March 2022. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

The “CASH BACK” reimbursement for March 2022 purchases will be made via direct debit by the 15 June 2022 provided the customer has supplied the completed “CASH BACK” redemption form with a copy of proof of purchase. Note: Your software must also be registered by 11 April 2022. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
10. Lead time of bank clearance for your payment is within 5 days.
11. Value of “CASH BACK” is as follows:
12. Purchase of ABSS Accounting will receive RM128 “CASH BACK”
13. Purchase of Premier Single user will receive RM168 “CASH BACK”
14. Purchase of ABSS Premier Multi user will receive RM238 “CASH BACK”
15. Purchase of ABSS Payroll will receive RM88 “CASH BACK”  
16. The “CASH BACK” will only be paid upon satisfaction by ABSS of these terms and conditions. By completing the redemption form, customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. All claims are subject to terms and conditions set out herewith and claims which do not conform to these terms and conditions will be void.
18. Redemption forms and all documents submitted become and remain the property of ABSS upon receipt and remain property of ABSS.
19. ABSS accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged or misdirected redemption form submission, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of ABSS or its agents.
20. ABSS decision is final, and we reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice.
21. This promotion is not valid with any other promotions or any other offers, redemption will only be paid if purchases are invoiced at full recommended retail price.
22. The “CASH BACK” is non transferrable to any other company name.
23. The company name stated on the invoice, registration, and bank account name must be the same.
