Here’s How to Get Started:
- To successfully request company files transfer, you'll need a new serial number. This requires completing the ABSS Sign-Up process by choosing - No, I’m a New Customer.

Company File Transfer:
Once you have your new serial number, kindly proceed to complete the form provided.
Response Time: The response time for company file transfer request is a minimum of two (2) working days upon receipt of the complete request form.
Fee: The company file transfer is a one-off free service. For any subsequent requests, a fee of RM 300 will be charged for Malaysia.
Company File: Please be advised that any transactions entered into your company file after submission to ABSS will not be reflected in the original file. We recommend refraining from data entry during the company file transfer process. Should you choose to continue working on the copy of the company file, ABSS will not be responsible for any potential data loss or file corruption. Any transactions entered during this time will need to be re-entered once the file has been returned.
Confidentiality Guarantee: Asian Business Software Solutions agrees that any ABSS data sent by our customers will be held in the strictest confidence. Should there be any circumstances that require customer data to be forwarded to a party outside of Asian Business Software Solutions, consultation and consent from the customer will be required and obtained.
