Terms & Conditions:

  1. This package is only offered to ABSS customers with a valid Upgrade Cover or Premium Cover.
  2. Once purchased, the customer is responsible for ensuring that their Upgrade Cover or Premium Cover does not lapse in order to maintain the ABSS LifeTime Training Package. ABSS accepts no responsibility for lapsed Premium Cover/Upgrade Cover.
  3. Once the customer’s Upgrade Cover or Premium Cover lapses, the ABSS LifeTime Training Package will be forfeited.
  4. With a valid ABSS LifeTime Training Package, the customer can book any ABSS training courses for any number of training attendees without making any additional payment.
  5. To book a training course, please contact ABSS Customer Service team to facilitate the training registration via email or call.

  6. A customer verification will be performed to verify the customer’s ABSS LifeTime Training Package status before the training is booked.
  7. All training attendees must be an employee of the company with the ABSS registered serial number. The ABSS Customer Service team can request proof of employment during registration.
  8. The LifeTime Training Package cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotions.
  9. In the event of cancellation, there shall be no refund.
  10. By purchasing this package, the customer confirms the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
